Our Company
Carolina Association Management referred to, as “CAM” is a Community Management Company with five Community Managers who collectively have over fifty years of community association and property management experience. We are a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and attend meetings that provide continuing education for all personnel.

Our full service accounting department provides accurate and timely financial information for cost effective financial management. Our staff of full time “back office” specialists is always available to respond to financial and administrative questions both from the Board and the homeowners.

We offer 24-hour on-call maintenance service and utilize a wide variety of professional sub-contractors that are available both to our association clients and to individual homeowners.

Carolina Association Management (CAM) specializes in the management of associations only; single family homes, town homes, and condominium communities. Each community manager handles less than 15 associations, therefore being able to devote the maximized quality time and attention needed for each association. We concentrate all our effort on providing the very best association management, customized to the unique and specialized needs of our clients.
